Pasta Class - Sunday 29th September 2019

Join us for a day of cooking and eating in our welcoming home cookery school.

This session runs from 11am-3pm. You’ll learn to make fresh pasta, both by hand and with a machine, and grow confident in rolling, cutting and shaping, so that you can recreate the dishes in your own home. 

You'll create filled pasta such as tortellini and ravioli, master making gnocchi and long pasta such as tagliolini and pappardelle.

Of course you’ll also learn to create the fillings and sauces that work best with the different types of pasta you have made.

We’ll cook and eat some of these dishes together during the session and as an early afternoon feast with a glass of wine before you head home with all the recipes so that you can experiment with the skills you have learned.
